-Type out bank statements in Microsoft Excel
-Prefer team so time can be achieved.
-look through checks in back of statements and write down the payee on the line along with the check # (See example spreadsheet)
-Create One sheet with all accounts
* Bank Statements consist of (a) cover page, (B) transaction pages C. Check copy pages
This is the total number of pages per account
acct# 69181: 14 pages
acct# 1931 51 pages
acct# 8849 57 pages
Steps to complete Job:
Fill Spreadsheet with the following:
Column A Account # last 4 didgets.
Column B Check #
Column C Date
Column D Description of transaction ( must be detailed that mirrors Statement)
Column E Debit
Column F Credit
Follow the example Sheet, but do not worry about the colums not described.
If you are capable of doing the organization as well, then I will pay more. Job
