Fill in a spreadsheet with property data from a website -- 2

I have a video that describes what I need. There are links in the excel spreadsheet that you will need to follow to find the string of numbers to search for on a second site. Fill in data on the spreadsheet from the search results.

I am interested in a single person to do this project. NOT a team/company. Please state that you understand this in your response. Looking for long term relationship. I have many other data entry projects that I need help with.
