Upload presentations to internal systems

I am looking for someone to upload presentations after our events (30 per event) onto the internal system. This involves:
1) Entering information from our website into the system
2) Exporting the relevant file onto the system
3) Entering the presentation details from a pdf onto the system
The system is easy to use so won't be difficult after a 15 minute tutorial.
