Data Entry, Extraction, and Possible CSS.

We are looking to hire someone to extract and organize data from several lists (166, to be exact) of information. Total, there would be 14,199 rows of information, with several columns.
The data is labeled, but we need it organized into one master list. There are some discrepancies among the 166 lists. Some have all the info, some are missing a couple [url removed, login to view] data will then need to be extracted into mailings, with the information included specifically for each of the 14,199 entries. In short, we need the 14,199 entries tailored to read appropriately in the mailings, even with missing information. EX. There's a corporate name, but no personal name listed, the mailing would be addressed to the corporate name.
The entire work may be done by writing a CSS code to extract all of the data, but we are not sure at this point.
