I'm after a quick turn around time, within 5 days
if you're unsure of any of my requirements, it falls on you to gain clarity
These tables will be used for data entry that we collect from our clients when they book with us.
There are 24 columns.
Future bookings table:
• Any row that has a future date within 7 days of the current date (Today) will be highlighted in green. See attached spread sheet for colour reference.
• Any row that has a future date between 7 days and 14 days from the current date (Today) will be highlighted in light red. See attached spread sheet for colour reference.
• Any row that doesn’t meet the above criteria will be left as white.
• If the package has been checked to “360 Video Booth” that row will be highlighted to yellow, the yellow will always supersede the green and light red. This yellow will not highlight columns “A & B” See attached spread sheet for reference.
• If column “K, T, U, V, W” is checked to “NO” highlight that cell as red. The red highlight will supersede the highlighted “yellow” rows too until that cells value has changed. If any other cell is left blank, also highlight that cell as red except for column “X”. Once a cell has been checked to “Yes” or as any value/entry is reverts back to its assigned colour. For example: Column “P” row “9” is highlighted bright red because there’s no entry, once an entry has been entered, that cell will go back to light red colour.
• Every entry into the “Future Bookings Table” will always display the nearest date to today’s date at the top.
• Once a date has passed the current date (Todays date) it then gets removed from Future bookings table and placed into Completed bookings table.
• I would like the Future Bookings Table to grow and shrink with each new entry and passing entry.
• In columns “A, C, H, I, J, M, O, P, Q, S” can you add a blank selection to the dropdown lists in the cells.
Completed Bookings table:
• Display closest date to the current date at top of table.
• All rows will be “white” unless the 360 package was selected which can stay yellow.
Charts and Graphs:
1. Each sheet will represent 1 year from 1st July to 30th June.
2. I would like all tables to be dynamic and not have a pre-defined set of rows defined, rather that the table grow with each entry that’s entered or shrink with entries that expire (Table specific)
Chart data:
1. Make sheets that interact for the next 10 years showing the previous year’s data on the current year’s chart. (Only for line charts) This helps compare my growth from the year previously. For example. Sheet 2 will display a faint line from previous year (Sheet 1) so we can visually track growth. Sheet 3 will show sheet 2 and so on. If you require further clarification here please ask
2. At the bottom of the page, I would like 2-line charts;
• Total hire price for each month (from July – June) See attached spread sheet for reference.
• Total booking for each month (from July – June) See attached spread sheet for reference.
3. I would like 6 pie graphs that each show the yearly count, See attached spread sheet for reference.
• photo strips chosen.
• backdrops chosen.
• Packages
• Company
• Event type
