Fifth generation family farmhouse is in need of architectural plans for a complete remodel. The house has the potential for seven bedrooms and two baths. However, there is a need for improved design for the first floor family spaces, need for more storage. We'd like to make the first floor bed/bath to ADA standards in order to potentially care for aging parents. Wiring is not currently to code.
The home owner is able to do the majority of the work but needs drawn plans and some creative solutions to typical old farmhouse layout issues.
