Tradestation program needed

Looking for experienced programmers to write a script for Tradestation, the financial trading platform of [url removed, login to view]

The script will implement the following:

From a preselected list of stocks:

1 - check hi-low range for first 5 min bar

2 - If range < x% of total price ask for confirmation to place orders.

3 - place long bracket order at hi price

4 - place short bracket order at lo price
