I will provide the needed content, send you the WP theme I like to use, tell you the customization details (what to remove, what to add, what WP plugins to install etc.) - and You should deliver the completed website within 24-48 hours.
Budget: $10-15 per site.
Again, PLEASE do not bid, if you can not delivery on time.

- Good design skills is a big plus
- SEO optimization knowledge is a plus
