Install PHP 7 and SSL certificate on Amazon EC2 server

I need some help from a sysadmin (that's you). I'd like to install the following on a fresh Amazon EC2 Linux server:

1. PHP 7

2. MySQL

3. Apache

4. OpenSSL

5. SSL certificate

I will provide credentials to SSH into the server. I would like you to install PHP 7, MySQL, and Apache so we can get WordPress running. If any other libraries need to be installed, or permissions need to be adjusted for WordPress, I would like you to take care of these as well.

I have already purchased a PositiveSSL certificate from Comodo. I would need you to install OpenSSL, generate a CSR, then send that to me. After that, I'd also like you to install the SSL certificate on the server when it is ready.
