I work for a haulage company and we are hoping to host a charity event, hopefully outside. We hope to have a family part during the day for kids maybe from 3pm till around 6pm and then we hopefully from 6pm onwards will be for adults, we are hoping to have a bar and maybe a raffle? We are only a small business so the event itself would be around for 100-150 people
