Customer Service Rep - Answering Phone

Hi,
I'm looking for a customer service representative who is fluent in English. Your job will consist of answering our phone (virtually) immediately after it rings. You will have a script that you read from to start off. It's an easy job, but needs to be done well!
For the large majority of the day, you will idling, and you are free to spend this time as you wish. On average, we will get 20 calls a day, each call taking at most 5 minutes to complete. (In total, about 2 hours of work a day, spread out across daytime hours: 8am-6pm PST)
I'm looking for someone who is dependable, consistent, and responsive. Prior customer service experience is a big plus.
