The International Recruitment Group Ltd is looking for an ambitious full-time project manager. The job includes: Scheduling, Translations (English to Russian and Ukrainian), making calls and doing interviews via Skype and by phone.
We are responsible for recruiting a large number of construction workers for an international project. We need you to handle a large number of applicants in several steps of the recruitment process. The applicants will be Ukrainian citizens but their job will be performed in Hungary.
The steps include, but are not limited to:
Filter emails & received applications
Make a short introduction interview by phone
Schedule Skype interviews
Interview applicants via Skype
Inform applicants about our decision to hire/not hire
Requirements:
Native in Ukrainian both verbally and in writing
Fluent in Russian & English both verbally and in writing
Professional space & office clothing for Skype interviews
This position is full-time. (40 hours per week)
