The purpose of the app is to enable maintenance personnel to learn and follow equipment maintenance procedures interactively and in detail, ensuring that every maintenance step is performed correctly and enhancing the competence and guidance for related employees
SECTION 2: SCOPE OF WORK
1. 3D and Animation
a. Creation of 3D models related to critical equipment and their components
b. Animation guidance for equipment overhaul steps based on existing Work Instructions.
c. If there are changes to the Plant 4 Turn Around plan that impact the list of equipment to be overhauled, the equipment that will not be overhauled can be replaced with equipment of equivalent weight.
2. Platform and Technology
a. The application must be developed for iOS and Android mobile platforms.
b. Use of Augmented Reality library/framework that supports multi-platform so that it is expected to provide a consistent and smooth experience across various devices.
c. Integration with the latest Augmented Reality technologies such as marker-based AR, markerless AR, and QR recognition to display equipment information.
3. User Interface (UI/UX)
a. Creation of a user interface in two languages, Indonesian and English.
b. The user interface must be well designed to ensure an intuitive and user-friendly experience.
c. The UI/UX design must be responsive and able to adapt well to various screen sizes on Android and iOS mobile devices, both smartphones and tablets.
4. System Integration
a. The application must be able to integrate with existing systems at [redacted] such as Single Sign-On (SSO) and Document Management System.
5. Security and Privacy
a. The application must comply with ISO 27001:2022 security standards and ensure data security when transmitted and stored.
b. User authentication and access authorization must be implemented to ensure that only authorized users can access sensitive information.

a. The application must have fast and responsive performance, especially in loading AR visualization data and processing equipment information in real-time.
