Who takes this project must be able to deliver 20 of these PCB boards to start. The PCB board will be small and will run off a 3.7v lithium rechargeable battery. The PCB board will have 10 push buttons connected to it. When you push any of the 10 push buttons the PCB board will log the strokes in the internal memory. One of the push buttons when pressed will time stamp the data. The PCB board will be plugged into the computer by a USB cable to charge the battery or to download the button key strokes that were pressed. Its very simple.
