Hi, Ok so far we have done the helpdesk and most of the live chat. We did it in a very crude system and we have a template system. We also have a language system as we planned to make it commercial but have now decided not to. Therfore you wont have to use the language system but you will have to use our template system. Have a live chat script that someone has worked on to add CC processing etc, and while PayPal works and updates accounts, doesnt. It starts to process but doesnt add any time to user accounts.
