I have a tested PCB design, I simply need the design to be more space efficient. It drops the DC voltage from a battery network down to a lower voltage and uses an external 12VDC signal to trigger a relay to fire the shunt coil on an MCCB using the battery voltage as it's...DC Voltages up to 800VDC + to - and 400VDC to Ground. This will need to be considered when advising what PCB Type and thickness to use and also the position of the PCB tracks. I have a project I would like to discuss with you. Its taking a CAD model and then animating it. The object is made up of 3-4 parts that fit into each other. The engineer who Im working for has the CAD design and rendered models. It is stainless steel and is milled so pretty simple texture. It needs to be animated like the latest mac book pro ad: Slowly revealing its self from the darkness (Black background). I would need 8-10 renders to cover the voiceover. Is this something you could help with?

Hi Everybody The project i have is a controlling 5 leds from a ESP8266 using the pwm. I had a prototype pcb milled out by a friend with a LDR circuit to the A/DC IN pin, a motion sensor input, & 5 x Mosfets to pwm the leds WRGBW. I can program the esp and had a play with MCU/Lua. but due to work and family i don't have enough hours to get it finished off. What i'm trying to do is use a pass word protected web page to allow me to change/set darkness on/off levels, be able to set/adjust LED on delay time. LED Brightness, set turn on color/auto color change etc. also a setting to be able to send out to data to a raspberry pi that the light is active/connected and when motion is detected & able to adjust on how many triggers needed to report to the raspberry. The job will include finishing and installing louvers on two windows, and stoops for about 24 windows. Doing the stoops will include having the wood I've purchased milled to the correct shape and then fitting and finishing the individual stoops. I have some molds made out of wood that I need transferred to CAD files so I can take the files and get them milled out of aluminum. I need some prototype parts CNC milling. Material is stainless steel 430, and outer dimensions are 60 x 90 x 3mm. There are two different designs with the same outer dimensions. One of the designs will require milling from both sides. Both designs have 3mm deep undercuts that will require the use of a Grooving Tool. The height of these undercuts are 2mm and 1.4mm.
