We only want to connect to the USB2.0 tracks, so referring to this.. : we want to connect pins GND = A1, A12, B1, B12 VBUS = A4, A9, B4, B9 D+ = A6, B6 D- = A7, B7 So, for each of these holes, there should be a through hole with solder pad. Other pins on the USB connector should have holes drilled, but no solder pad. You'll need to create a custom footprint to do this. The 4 pins should be tracked to a through hole solder pad that I can solder a wire to. The 4 pads should be labelled on the silkscreen.
