I wanna a report that finds the best sequence formulation in DNA. The input of the DNA fragment assembly problem is a set of fragments that are randomly cut from a DNA sequence. There are four kinds of nucleotides in any DNA sequence: Adenine (A), Thymine (T), Guanine (G), and Cytosine (C). The goal is to reconstruct the gene sequence, i.e. to reassemble the fragments into the shortest possible gene that can be made from these pieces. In other words, the goal is to find the shortest superstring that is a superset of all input fragments. For example, an input of 5 fragments could look like: TCGG, GCAG, ATCG, CAGC, GATC.
