When OTRS calculates a ticket's age the system, includes weekends and the counter does not stop running after 17:00 on weekdays. This makes it difficult to determine a ticket's age when only 'standard work hours should be taken into consideration. Hi, We are using OTRS system to handle customers tickets, the system is a WEB based GUI and customers open tickets by login to the system and create ticket, we can see that from our WEB GUI and we also receive email notification that a ticket has been opened, what I'm looking is to have some small software installed on our agents that will inform that we receive new ticket and we can see it and "take over" on it so other agents will know that the ticket has been assigned, what also needs to have is the option to click on that ticket from the software and open the WEB GUI system that will allow us to create the ticket/handle the existing ticket in the system.
