Despite following the protocol for resetting forgotten passwords, the password reset email isn't being sent out. I’ve checked my spam/junk mail folder as well, but it’s not there. None of the features are API based - it's all hardcoded/local based code/features, which should make it very easy for a decent Developer/Coder.
