I’m now using Cloudflare to mitigate DDoS attacks against my WordPress website. I checked Cloudflare analytics and found out Cloudflare blocked 90% of organic traffic to my site. If I allow organic traffic to bypass the Cloudflare firewall, spambot traffic increases as well. I am looking for an expert who can create firewall rules to reduce false positives and negatives. The final goal is to stop spambot traffic and not block organic traffic. For example, Google Search Console shows my site had 3K clicks yesterday. Private Project for TD Team.: Repair Joomla site that has been hit via spambot, which gained access via a faulty security set-up in the K2 module. We want the K2 module removed and all databases associated with the K2 module cleared and/or deleted. Site was 100% operational prior to this issue and in fact was still operational, just using too much resources for HostGator, who shut it down. We require you to remove K2 module (10 second job) and then clean up the K2 associated databases. HostGator has given us limited, but direct access to do this work. After this has been completed (total job estimated at well under 1 hour), HostGator will confirm that issue of spam bot and excess CPU usage has been solved and grant site live access.
