We had a circuit designed which has a embedded 4 x port USB hub. We had the PCB made, but the USB hub does not seem to be working. None of the LED lights for the USB hub do not light up. Need someone experienced to recheck the schematic and circuit design to find the fault.

I have an Arduino Due and I want to use a mouse with it which has more buttons than a regular mouse as well as a scroll wheel. Arduino libraries do not support the device fully and I need device-specific drivers to use the device. The drivers would be written in C++ and would work on an Arduino microcontroller. I would need the driver to regularly poll the USB device and trigger interrupts when new information is available. I would need interrupts for the press and release of all buttons including a scroll wheel as well as the mouse movement. I use a number of computers running Ubuntu for students; these are not on-line. When a new long-term release comes from Ubuntu, I create an iso on a usb so I can install the new release on the off-line systems. I also need to be able to install the gnucobol package from the ubuntu repositories but I want to be able to do it from a usb - not the apt-get install on-line method. I need help in knowing exactly what to do both to down-load the package and then to use that usb to install the package off-line.
