The logo and brand need to appeal...a loan company and you are owed money by a customer, you may not have time to collect the debt so you hand it to us to collect on your behalf. The brand and logo need to appeal to these clients but for the folks that owe the money, we want the branding to be distinctive and let them know we are professional and compassionate but intend to reach an agreement on the money owed to our clients. A cartoon concept could work but we want to inject a bit of personality into our branding and logo and move away from the quite dry, formal, dull look and feel of most financial websites.
