Greetings, We are transitioning away from printed books to digital. We have an eighty (80) page book supplement that needs to be redone as an e-Book in ePub and/or Kindle formats... We have the digital content and need someone to do design and coding so that we end up with a first-rate eBook. I'm having trouble converting a multipage PDF I created for the iPad to convert properly to ePub format. I want to add it to the iBookstore, but the resolution doesn't seem to convert right, the images all show smaller than full screen. The pages are all flattened PDFs with graphics/text embedded.
