Epub reader for ipad, iphone, android and desktop

We need an reader application compatible for reading multiple formats of ebooks(epub, mobi etc) over iPhone, iPad, handheld devices and Desktop(Win, Mac and Linux). The app should have the following features - App to be built on appcelerator titanium. Epub with latex code embedded in HTML pages should be read using Mathjax(mathjax can be downloaded from [login to view URL]). application should support javascripts. The application should be able to download an epub file from bookstore URL. Cookies to be enabled so that reader can start reading from where they stop. Curl effect needed. Most of the script is available online so i require lowest possible quotations in quick turn around. Professionals who have worked earlier on epub readers only quote along with your previous work. Template design will be provided by us which is developed using HTML and CSS.
