I'm in need of a proficient professional with expertise in Ninja Trader 8 for developing a simple strategy. The strategy will be based on time-based buy and sell stops where the trigger of one cancels the other. This needs to be implemented on a 1-minute time frame. Proficiency in C# and familiarity with financial trading platforms are highly needed, as no indicators or conditions are to be used as triggers for the buy and sell stops.
