The three columns are Footer 1, Footer 2 and Footer 3 respectively. Section 1 - By default the content is aligned right and looks great on desktop (as pictured). I'd some how like it to shift to centered on mobile. Guessing that involves conditional CSS? Section 2b - I got really close on my own but need help centering the red Subscribe button.
