I’m not sure this is even the right place for this post but I’m basically trying to find someone who can in effect join my team creating websites on an ongoing, freelance basis. To be entirely honest I’m not sure how best to approach this. I anticipate most of the sites would be pretty straightforward and am thinking that perhaps a monthly retainer would work best but perhaps if the cost per site was right we could work on that basis? I am also able to do some ground work in terms of layout and design, as in I could literally mock up sites in illustrator and then it would be just a matter of building them as is, if that is an option that would make our workflow more efficient....
