Hello, I am a professional bankruptcy preparation experience with 30 years experience. This process is quite simple. In accordance with the Bankruptcy Code, my fee of $150 (plus this site's additional fees) MUST be released prior to starting. Once the fee is released I will send you prep instructions and a short questionnaire. You fill out the questionnaire and follow the steps I give you and; within 3 days I will provide your first set of forms; along with filing instructions. Once you file those the clerk gives you a case number. Send that number to me and I will provide a longer questionnaire. Although most of those questions will not apply to you the Court requires me to ask and you to answer. Once you complete that questionnaire I will provide your second (much larger) set of forms. This is your final package; which will also include a set of filing instructions. One of the first papers I give you will announce my involvement to the court.
