Build Me A Native Android App Using Kotlin

Helo devs. We are a small company and looking for talented, creative and cooperative developer/s to build our simple native mobile app. Its really native, not React Native or NativeScript or other cross platform framework. We hope to build up relationship with good developer and expect long term cooperation for the continuity and growth of this app. The concept to refer to existing mobile app as below; [login to view URL] This concept to be improved with extra features as below; 1.) User signup & Login (Token Auth to be restored in user devices) 2.) Points reward wallet (registered user automatically be rewarded points) 3.) Only authorized users may vote favorite songs using their points (rating from 1 to 10 star) 4.) Unauthorized users may use the app, however they cannot vote. 5.) Top 100 chart (The ranking will be based on highest vote) 6.) All songs list layout with search function 7) To integrate with Google Admob. 8.) There also admin area using web app using nuxtjs & expressjs, where admin to monitor task; - Admin login & security (change username & password) - Admin may register new songs with CRUD. The register is only to insert YouTube link. A Youtube API may be needed. (Categories will be discussed later) - Songs list table with search function - User database with (CRUD) - The voting period is weekly. (Will be discussed later) 9.) Also to integrate with Google analytic. 10) Assist us with deployment in our hosting & submission to Google Play. As a small company, we have tight budget and our financial budget is $400 max.
