The requirement is to make a mobile app that will fetch the vehicle registration details upon entering the vehicle number. No other fancy features. The plain vanilla one. If you know how to fetch the data from the government DB and implement the api's then do ping me. There are lot of apps in the playstore who does this and I dont think any of them are using the paid API service. So if you do have a solution, then do ping me.
