Issue with Interstitial Ads in Cocos2d Game (iOS)

Our team of developers is trying to set up a system of interstitial ads that are set to appear every four times the player dies. The game originates from a game template with both banner and interstitial ads setup, but the issue is they are simply not appearing even though the trigger has been set. We are looking for someone who can debug the issue in a quick time frame and start as soon as possible, preferably today.
