Hemp Oil Competive / Market Analysis

For the purposes of this paper – Hemp Oil is an oil extracted from “Industrial Hemp”, that is currently only grown in Colorado, Oregon and Kentucky. CBD is a “Cannibinoid” that stimulates and interacts with the receptors in the human endocannabinoid system. There are multiple forms of Cannibinoids that are found both in Hemp and MJ – But we are only using extracts from Industrial Hemp. At a high level, we want documented evidence and any other findings to help us better position our marketing & sales strategies. We want this research paper to tell us: 1. What is CBD, where does it come from, what does it do? 2. Who else is selling it, where and how much? Are there any stand-out brands? 3. What platforms are they using to advertise it? What forms of advertising are they using? 4. In what forms is it sold (vapes, creams, oils, etc.)? How is it packaged? What disclaimers are used? What claims are made? 5. What is the high level legal landscape? What do the federal laws say? What do the state laws say?
