132455 Authorize.net Payment Form

We are in need of a single page authorization for a purchase added to a current website. The payment gateway is [login to view URL] and it's a critical need. The information will only be billing information and the item for sale will be raffle tickets. An email must be sent to the buyer summarizing the purchase of tickets and the total. Also, the seller will have an email sent as well containing the number of tickets purchased and by who. This must be completed very quickly. Full Name, Address, City, State, Zip Code, Phone Number, Email Address should be captured, then the [login to view URL] credit card information will be passed. That's it. Current server is Microsoft, so no PHP - only HTML or ASP\ASP.NET should be used. If the [login to view URL] integration will take longer than a few hours, a simple form that captures the fields listed above including credit card details, should be created immediately, providing the email needed with the full credit card number to the seller. The buyer will receive an email with only the last 4 digits of the credit card number shown. Then, you can continue to work on the [login to view URL] integration if needed. The turnaround time about how soon this can be completed is the most important factor for this project. If it can be completed by 8am Central Time (Chicago) - that will be the winning bidder.
