Let's address the elephant in the room, I'm not a European resident. However, I have years of experience as an audio producer. I've produced for 10+ podcasts a total of over 800 hours. I'm well experienced in Protools, Logic Pro and Adobe Audition. Many times I am able to work fast and produce quality work. The first episode always takes the longest as we're getting to know each other and the style you want. After getting a template nailed down though you'll find few who can work as efficiently as me.
