Sound engineers to clean background noise and enhance voice quality

Our effort involves getting an organised audio archive (of sermons) for a spiritual leader from India. Audio recorded on cassette recorders in the 1990s in India and other parts of the world has now been digitised using professional high-end equipment. We are looking for Audio Restoration Experts who can clean the background noise, echo, etc from the file, to the extent possible and enhance the speech so that maximum audibility can be achieved, given the base file quality. This is a long term project, ending in December 2020 and we have about 12000 files in all, with 5000 particularly needing expert inputs. So depending on your talent, competitive rates and availability, we can look at a solid working relationship. Other details: The audio files can be made available in FLAC or WAV format. We have some in-house experts who have been using iZotope RX 6 along with various plugins to clean the files so far. But the sheer scale of the project demands more hands. The language of the audio is Hindi and English. We are committed to work together with diligent individuals to provide all the feedback required to produce the best output possible.
