HI THERE I need a freelancer who will be able to complete my project of the house. The building is 2 floors with an underground floor. It is about 300m2 in total. What I require: - Full structural design for beam, slab, column, foundation and calculation report. - Mechanical, electrical, and plumbing full detail drawings including ethernet cables, cctv cables, outlet cables, wifi access points and electrical panel wiring drawing. - Full working architectural details drawing with sections and elevations including window and door schedule. - Bill of quantities for all elements of the building including electrical and plumbing elements. In the attachments you can find the drawings I currently have. I have them only in PDF. The deadline is one-two months
