Setting infrastructure and application monitoring

There are windows servers, MS SQL Server DB , MongoDB and windows based applications built using Python or C# and C++ and these servers are hosted in Azure and on premises (Hybrid Infrastructure). Need to setup application and infrastructure monitoring using Prometheus and Grafana. Task 1 : Need assistance in order to understand how it can be achieved, which is the best architecture suited for this requirement. Can we use simple Virtual Machines to host Prometheus & Grafana or should we keep them in the Kubernetes cluster to achieve high availability. If we are going to use simple VMs then how to achieve high availability. You also need to mention about the timelines you think needed to complete this project so that based on this timelines monthly payout would be decided. Whoever quotes the less time would mostly get the project so be precise and be ready to justify your timelines to complete the project. Cost : 500 Rs Only (Because this is just a discussion and I might need to speak to multiple consultants to decide the best possible approach and hence its low cost. But if I decide to go ahead with your approach then further rewards would be reasonable ) Task 2 : Actual implementation of monitoring. If you are selected for the job then you might need to spend 2-3 hrs daily (sometimes 0 hrs daily) with me on screen share and will have to guide me to code everything needed. Cost : Depends on first conversation and your expertise Expectations : 1. Implemented solutions must be acceptable by my company. If not then you should be ready to update the solution so that it complies with company standards. 2. If you opt for this project then you are expected to dedicate committed time to me without fail. 3. There would be monthly payment. 3. If you opt to leave this project in between you will lose that months payment 4. You are not supposed to reveal the name of the company I am working with. 5. Under any circumstances you will not get direct access to my company's infrastructure. You will have to guide me to code everything. 6. This project is getting built from scratch so you should be ready to put in the effort , don't have the expectation that you will use existing code and you can just modify existing code as per this project needs. 7. Monthly payments are going to be via NEFT only. No cash transaction would happen. 8. For NEFT transactions you need to share your bank details with me 9. If you want we can work extensively on weekend to complete the project there will be separate rewards for the same (Weekend rewards depends on hours spent and amount of work completed)
