• Collaborate cross-functionally with Business Product Marketing, PR communications, Global Business Marketing, and other cross-functional roles such as Product Management, Engineering, Product Design, User Research and Content Strategy to ensure a smooth product launch process
• Identify and assess business maintenance and development opportunities, including market evaluations and research, client evaluation, and regular analysis on client support, assignments, and opportunities for further business development or adjustments.
• Establish communication structure to report out updates, progress and status with task forces or leads on the team to ensure teammates and stakeholders understand roles and expectations
• Proactive daily CRM input and strong clients/stakeholders’ relationships to manage business pipeline as well as drive the full sales cycle to retain and close new business deals
• Liaison, as necessary, with regulatory/industry/professional bodies to provide expertise in areas of global markets, industry benchmark, and client specifications.
• Prepare for and participate in client meetings and presentations, training seminars and/or tradeshows.
• Work in line with CEO in the establish and development of short-term and long-term plans and budgets based on the organization’s goals and objectives.
• Establish and execute activities that build team culture and community, team values and trust, and help individuals tie their work back to the company's mission
