Symbian S60 3rd ed GPS/GSM C++

I need a Symbian C++ application for S60 3rd edition. The application will need to be able to handle GSM, GPS Cell data and Internet data. A full application workflow will be provided before development starts. Generally speaking, as of now, the application will have 3 panes and 2-3 different tasks running. Application development time will be 2-3 weeks. Application must support multi languages. Apply only if you're experienced in symbian LBS. Communication must be in english, via IM.
