Easyio Controller programing

Looking to create a software package for a building controller, could be EasyIO controller or another model, same function regardless of controller, but for investigation purpose we will say its an EasyIO Controller FS32+ link for controller specifications is [login to view URL] Looking to have specific parameters met, fill in to text specific blocks and once the parameters for are met and the user hits next, the code for the controller will be created. Example Perameters 1. Air Flow CFM 800 CFM input point to monitor is UI1, Output to maintaing 800 CFM is UO1 2. Heat 70 Degrees input to monitor UI2 output to maintain UO2 3 Occupied Unnocuppied status. Input to monitor UI3 4. Occupied Temp 72 Input to monitor UI4 reverts back to number 2 to maintain temp 5 Unnoccupied Temo 64 Input to monitor UI5 reverts back to number 2 to maintain temp Ect single controller has 16 Universal inputs(UI16) and 8 Universal outupts (UO8) Multiple P2P capability. Looking to start a coverstaion to see if this is doable, and what the actual time and budget will be.
