I am an embedded engineer and have 17 years experience in electronics and 9 years experience in embedded electronics and Programming. I have designed many dimmer circuits which uses TRIACs. That is I have accomplished Phase angle control of TRIACs using microcontrollers and POT or buttons to control the firing angle. I have many TRIAC control codes ready. I also have Proteus simulations. I can provide you C code for PIC or Arduino in 4 hours. Mention your exact requirement. Do you want to use POT to smoothly control the Phase angle or do you want to control it in steps with 2 buttons as you have requested ?
