need native crypter to crypt c++ server for 100 USD - -- 2

If you are familiar with encrypting stuff with native crypters coding in language such as c++, bv6 or Delphi please write your bidding note: 1-the crypter should not damage my server and make sure it work well 2- the output should be native as well 3- the out should bypass run-time and scan-time for antivirus and windows defender 4-- it must be able to run on all windows os, x86 & x64 5- for keeping it secure and fully undetected we need stub updates, in short timeframes ( 1 time per week and I will pay for each update 20USD ) -------- TO CHECK MY SERVER PROCESS PLEASE DO IT VIA PROCESS EXPLORER OR ANY SUCH TOOL AND NOT VIA TASK MANGER BECAUSE THE SERVER STOP WORKING WHEN YOU OPEN TASK MANAGER
