I need a companion app that will capture Windows keystrokes and pass them to my AIR for Desktop app in real time through an API. I am working on an app that reacts to player keystrokes while playing a game, for use in streaming. It might be a bit like autohotkey, but I want something simple. AS3 / ActionSript / Adobe AIR for Desktop cannot get keystrokes when out of focus e.g. while playing the game, or I would just do it that way. Additionally, if there was a way to get only those that were being pressed while a specific window or application was in focus, that would be even better.
