Functional Spec Writer for Online Trading Website

We are looking for great business analyst with technology know-how to write functional specifications that will lead to the creation of an online trading website. Candidate should have excellent writing and communication abilities and be familiar with the latest technologies, including Web 2.0. Financial knowledge and experience, especially of the online brokerage business, is a must. We are looking for functional specifications (usability) not technical specs. Candidate will need to research the trading websites of leading online brokers like [login to view URL], [login to view URL], etc and develop and design the ultimate trading website using the best features and leaving out the worst features of those sites. UIs for trading, quotes, reaserch and etc will need to be designed and documented. Candidate should be familiar with Photoshop, Illustrator or other GUI design and flowchart programs in order to design mockups of the various pages. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
