Responsibilities: Greet and assist onsite guests Answer inbound telephone calls Perform all other office tasks Reconcile accounts, A/P, and A/R Payroll Quarterly Reports (940's & 941's) W-2's Payroll Deposit's Qualifications: Previous experience in accounting or other related fields Ability to prioritize and multitask Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail You have requested that Indeed ask candidates the following questions: How many years of Bookkeeping experience do you have?
