Data entry - Put advertisements on online market place

We are looking for someone to do data entry of web advertisements on an online marketplace. Something like craigslist. We have word documents where each page shows is 1 add, and shows the 5 fields you need to fill in. WE prepare all texts, we just need someone to entry this data on a website in a foreign language but with an excellent instruction sheet. Basically you need to make the add on 1 page, fill in 5 fields and add pictures (all clearly described in our textrs/instructions) It takes about 1 to 1.5 minute to make 1 add. We need someone to add 200 adds a day, 5 days a week. So this is a job for about 4.5 hours a week. We demand a siimple report EVERY DAY after your work is finished. After a test period of 1 month we will adjust the amount of advertisements according to your or your team's capabilities. After this month we prefer to pay PER add, since you then know how much time 1 add takes, this will be fine for both of us. We have existing workers that do such jobs for 2-4 USD per hour. If you are more expensive, please stay away from this project. If you have such prices or cheaper, please bid. Your bid has to be per HOUR and you have to be available for MINIMAL 4 hours per day.
