But I will suggest you to do use Altium Designer software which is best for Schematic and PCB Design. I will make all libraries for all components with the BOM. Bill of Materials consist supplier link, updated quantity available with supplier, price, component manufacturer part number, Etc. I will design PCB and give you following files: Gerber and NC Drill files, Mechanical Drawing and assembly drawing of board, 3D PDF of board consist of 3D models of components also.
