patent designer need for hybrid solar inverter

I need a good patent designer who can make a best patent design on hybrid solar inverter with battery charger which can operate both ongrid and offgrid solar application along with battery management system. The scope includes drafting, plagiarism check and give me orginal source file. I will file it in India patent office through my consultant separately. filing cost is not included here. only scope is to design and drafting patent in 2 stages. stage -1 for initial patent finv documents with concept note. Stage -2 Complete patent filing with all figures and notes. The patent should have value and industrial grade applications.
