I have been a painter/decorator for some 14 years and a Quantity Surveyor for close to 4 in New Zealand. I have been owner/operator of my own small painting company for many years off and on. My company was based in London for 2 years and New Zealand for several. My Quantity Surveying experience was for a civil contractor, Downer NZ, in the Major Projects Division Christchurch.
I believe with both my professional and practical experience I would be a great fit for your team.
My situation is that although I am a New Zealander I live abroad. South America, Bolivia to be precise. I am currently looking for an online, part time position of 15-20 hours per week to support my volunteer work.
From your list of Job Responsibilities I believe I am able to complete the following online and abroad:
• Prepare Bill of Quantities and Cost estimates, for Plumbing/Sanitary works

I have been freelancing for sometime but now I would like to secure a more permanent type role within a growing company. Online Quantity Surveying is very successful if both parties have exceptional communication.
